Our policy lasts 7 days from date of order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
Due to the nature of the product and increasing number of online frauds, we do not provide refunds.
We inspect every Harum™ perfumes and/or colognes, packed them in bubbles wraps before mailing them out.
Any defects or dents may be caused during the delivery process.
To be eligible for one time replacement, your perfume and/or cologne bottle must be broken when you receive it, any other reasons are not applicable.
One time replacement only apply to 35ml perfume and/or cologne, not applicable to free gifts, products on sale nor orders with discount codes applied.
To complete your one time replacement, we require photos or videos as proof of broken perfume and/or cologne bottle.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your one time replacement to reach you, may vary.
