Free Delivery with Tracking
Orders are sent via Smartpac registered mail, delivered by SingPost. Postman will send orders to recipient's letterbox (no signature required) within 1 to 3 working days, excluding the day of purchase. SingPost working days are Mondays to Fridays (excluding Public Holidays).
If the letterbox is too small and/or full, Postman will issue a delivery advice for recipient. Kindly arrange for re-delivery or collection at the nearest Post Office indicated on the advice placed in the letterbox.
Please ensure recipient address is correct to avoid delays and additional fee of $5 for re-delivery.
Note: There will be a slight delay in delivery. We need an additional 3 to 5 working days as there are an increasing number of orders.
